Just a quick shout out to all my supporters and advisors that have helped me throughout this study and my experience as an official....
My first and most important help came from my English teacher, Diana, that had to deal with me since day one. You have gone above and beyond in helping me with this project. I am truly thankful to have you as my professor and for all the extra hours and time you spent with me on this. I will definitely continue my research and refer to you for any kind of help or just when I need to rant to someone!
To Kelly, an economy professor, thank you for always making time to review my work and giving me your input. You have helped me out so much and I am forever grateful for that. I always looked forward to coming into your office everyday and sharing what we found and discussing new ideas. You went out of your way to read my webpage, and give me feed back, even though you had your classes and other students, and me not being one of them. I truly appreciate all the work you have done and all the help you gave me throughout this experience!
To my parents, whom I constantly called asking for their opinions. They have constantly showed great support and help. My mother being the editor, and my father being the tech guy. It means so much to have them by my side, even though they are so far away. Thank you as well for spreading my web page and telling people to take my survey. In a way, they were the ones that jump started this web and were my first form of advertisement. I'm glad to share this experience with you as well as my officiating. From being the loudest parents in the stands, cheering me on as a player and occasionally yelling at the officials, to now being the ones yelling at the people that yell at the officials. It's funny how things have turned around like that.
To my classmates that have given me feed back on the progress of this page, and showing interest in my topic. It really does help to have someone look at your work, even if they don't entirely know about the subject. Having this class together was tons of fun and filled with lots of memories. I hope we all continue to build our work and keep in touch over the years!
To the guys, and gals, at WOA that got me started as an official and gave me a great first year experience. If I could name everyone in the organization I would. Especially my trainers that have provided me with information and the knowledge needed in order to make this project. I will definitely be looking forward to continuing my career and experience at WOA and working with the other officials. Hopefully I will be able to advance my learning and work at higher levels of competition in my future!
Of course I have to thank the resources I found throughout this project and their hard work and efforts in collecting data. I would love to meet all the authors if I could and share my data that I have collected.
Last but not least, thanks to all my viewers and leaving any comments or taking my survey. It really does mean a lot to have people view this page, I hope to begin spreading this information out to people. If you have any comments, recommendations, or information to share with me please feel free to email me with my link above or leave a comment in the blog section. Please share this website with friends and family, the more people aware of this topic the more hopes we have for finding solutions in the future.
Thanks again to everyone involved in making this webpage and contributing to my success!
